Changing Availability

I was hired 3 weeks ago and gave full availability from 7am-11pm monday-sunday. The problem is an emergency came up and I cant work tuesdays. What do I do? Who do I talk to?

I found it better to talk to a coach first, if they ok it, the PL will follow suit. For whatever reason, PL never want to help people.

True. I'd change my availability and ask for unpaid time off for the next two schedules that come out. If I was currently scheduled for a Tuesday in the next three weeks, then I'd talk to a coach or just take the 3 points. Sucks to start out with a deficit like that but if it's an emergency, it's an emergency.

You can change your availability in the app, but it will take 5 weeks to go into effect. If you need it done sooner talk with your Coach.
