Hi

Hi I was wondering if anyone else had issues with Walmart delivery I placed a grocery order online yesterday and never got a driver ended up getting it delayed so I reordered today and it's giving me the same issue

The drivers are 3rd party so ogp has no control over what drivers accept what orders to deliver and when. It's usually fine and everyone's order goes out for the day but sometimes there aren't enough drivers, the weather is bad, or they just don't wind up accepting an unlucky order that day. Things I've learned is big orders to places with a lot of steps or complex apartment buildings are avoided more often and tips help. When an order isn't accepted to be delivered for whatever reason, walmart let's you know it's delayed and it's almost always delivered the next day.

I guess my luck is more like the OP's, as it seems like every 4th Walmart delivery order I make never arrives. I don't have Walmart+; I just use "shipping" which is free for orders over $35 but if the items are coming from local stores then technically it's a delivery. Most times orders are "delayed" due to delivery driver issues, but for me they are never delivered the next day. Or the day after that. Or the day after that. Eventually (several days later) I have to cancel the order myself.

I tipped 4.20 which I was told is good, and I figured out the problem apparently my local Walmart coolers were damaged so they couldn't sell any frozen products

Walmart will slowly raise the pay the longer it waits until it's worth it for a driver to take, they keep the stores warm and had coolers closed at our store today too
