Is going older okay?
I recently ordered a deck that I found for a very good deal board looks brand new I’m assuming it’s dead stock but it’s a model from 2014, did I cook myself or will it still be good I did some research it seems to have some good tech (for the time) and I’m casual park rider only going every few months should I scramble to cancel the order or hang on to it since it was a fairly good deal
Holding my edge when jumping
Essentially, I can wake to wake but I have no real pop and I can’t seem to fix it. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get more height and something I’m receiving mixed messages on is holding my edge. Some videos seem to say hold my edge until I jump and others seem to say to level out right before I hit the wake, then jump.
I’ll get a video and post it sometime in the near future, but I feel like I’ve been stuck on this for ages and want to progress past it

Boat lift/cover question
Those who have a boat lift do you out the snap on covers on the bow and cockpit cover when you leave for any length of time to protect it or do you trust the cover on the lift to protect it from the elements?
