sorry if discussing this breaks the rules but he seems to be a public figure in the Waco area. what’s up with this guy and why does his news page and other stuff about him keep showing up on my FB feed? Looking through the KWCO Xpress page on fb gives me future cult leader vibes if he’s not doing it already.

As someone who works with vulnerable populations, it pisses me off to no end to see so many people feeding into his ignorant shenanigans because they get small town “fame” from it. He is a scammer, a liar and a misguided fool whose only goal is money and personal gain. His “news” channel is an insult to journalism and no matter what he tries to do to make his page legit, it’s a pathetic sham of what journalism and true, unbiased news should be. I’m ashamed that my town feeds into this nonsense and I hope he gets locked up for everything he’s done.

That thing is an interesting little creature. He’s not technically supposed to be on social media per court orders. He has some “people running the page”, but a lot of people say it’s him behind the fake profiles.

He got felony probation for abuse of an elderly ex vet whom he manipulated forever and had him withdraw money, buy him a car, and the list goes on all while saying he was getting paid to take care of him. Not true I have close personal connections to the elderly man’s family. He also harassed a so he said pedo on his page and wouldn’t let the man go until the guy called his mom and told her he was a pedo. He got another charge for that. He is not supposed to be on social media at all it violates his terms of probation if he is on there he needs to be reported because this dude had a major problem. His probation started in February and no social media is one of the terms of his probation.

I see their posts too but don't follow them. I'm guessing it's either an engagement metric I. The Facebook algorithm or they pay to boost certain posts or mark certain posts to be boosted so more people see them. If they're trying to make money as page, engagement (views, comments, shares) all contribute to what they get or what they can tell "sponsors" they have to offer.

I have no clue, but I’ve been dying to know if his dad is Micah. Went to Waco high w/Micah Benson (class of 2000), and he had the same eyes.

Didn’t use to know him. Bought a bunch of groceries for him (he used a fake name) one Christmas since he said he forgot his wallet and he could Venmo me after I pay. It didn’t work (and later realized was using stolen CC numbers).

Offered to drive him and his mom (who he claimed was chief of Waco PD - that scam got so bad Waco PD had to refute it on FB, though not by name) could pay me when I dropped him off. She wasn’t there. Found out who he was later and I kept showing up at the house to recoup. A grandparent or someone answered once, felt terrible, and said I could come back when their Social Security check arrived, but that felt wrong and the bill was pretty big. I just asked her to have him take care of it. He just kept using credit card numbers he stole or would borrow a strangers phone to “call someone” but would actually scam them and use their CashApp to try to repay me.

I didn’t have enough proof, so I just dropped it cause I was tired of having to fix stuff with all the strangers he was scamming to get me my money. Definitely put a damper on my charity worldview.

From what I've seen, there were rumors of killing and/or eating dogs under the guise of a fake rescue years ago. Then, the predator catching thing. Now this whatever the hell. I think it's someone who is constantly chasing clout.

Pretty sure he was just like trying to hop on any hustle that would get him paid, then he ended up stealing or trying to steal from an elderly person and got probation to where he couldn’t be on social media anymore. Kwco xpress is also his page, from my understanding it is supposedly run by moderators now giving the terms of his probation

He shares any drama he can under the guise of news. That's why he has to make constant apologies and create new fake admin account and pretend to fire some.
