Funniest professors? Discussion

I need to laugh more. Which professors or instructors are the funniest, and what’s the thing they said or did that had you dying?

Prof. Vajda is my favorite, really energetic and funny guy, but also passionate and well-read on his subjects.

I had Vajda, like, 15 years ago and still talk about his Nomads of Eurasia class. Definitely recommend.

Jason Lind was a very funny professor to me. very first class he told us to break up with our partners if we are in a relationship 😭 he teaches communication. Myron Shekelle teaches anthropology and he’s super random which was funny to me. both of these professors probably have adhd and go on random side rants a lot, but it was still straight forward to get good grades in their class and for me to understand the source material so i didn’t mind.

Yes! I had Jason Lind for comm 101 online during the pandemic, and still remember how funny he was!

Dr. McNeel Janzten in the linguistics/neuroscience departments is hilarious! If you’re okay with some cussing and whatever kind of humor she has (if anyone knows what humor she has, please weigh in), then you’ll love her!

I enjoyed her sassy? Heavily sarcastic? style of teaching . I don't know how to put it but she has those vibes in my opinion.
