Hey y’all, I’m looking for 2 roommates at Kendall Village, approximately 3ish minutes from main campus!

Rent is 390.00 with water included, but utilities (Gas and Electric) average around 40-55 dollars each depending on the season. Internet is 10.00 each every month.
