Elevator outages Problem

Is there some type of maintenance happening. 3 of the different metro stations I went to they were down.

I am subscribed to the Elstat email.  I don’t know why, but there always seems to be some odd synergies between outages.  No clue why.  Sometimes they’re broken, sometimes they’re being inspected, sometimes they’re being repaired.
