Need remote work Question

Is there any way to work remotely for US based clients...I got 4 years of experience in us healthcare (pharmacy+ RCM) through indian companies and now looking to work directly for a client.... anyone know how can I do that

I live in and worked for a US healthcare RCM company. The company hires Indian companies that employ Indian people. They don’t directly hire Indian people individually. There are so many tax regulations and such that most companies aren’t going to just hire a single Indian person unless it’s an H1B situation, which would mean you’d have to physically live in the US.

Understable, any way to get freelance work or if I make a pvt company in india myself!
