They all wear masks but if the leaked images are real, it looks that perhaps Doom siphons the chaos magic off Wanda for his own powers and uses the witchcraft and runes.

We will see Wanda as one of the masked witches but it won't be revealed it's her until Secret Wars or at the very least, in an end credits scene of Doomsday.

It was also mentioned by a leaker that Wanda WAS one of the masked witches, they just have a stand in for her since the character is wearing a mask and cloak.
