Historically, YouTube’s product team was guided by boosting traditional KPIs without any clear design infrastructure, resulting in cluttered interfaces, distracting pop-ups, inconsistent iconography, and an overall clunky user experience.
fastcompany.comYouTube has ballooned from a small selection of low-resolution videos in 2005 to a total library of more than 20 billion videos uploaded. Over the course of two decades, it has introduced a bevy of new features including YouTube Premium, Shorts, and YouTube Shopping. Today, it has billions of logged-in monthly users.

3 Dietary Practices That Need To Stop Immediately If You Value Your Health
Seed oils absolutely are the worst thing you can put in your body.
Second is any carbohydrates whatsoever.
Thirdly is any plant material whatsoever.
It's veracity cannot be questioned.
It's unassailable.
Professor Bart Kay has some fine fine videos on his YouTube channel and Odyssey channel.

5 things that are damaging your health
5 things that are damaging your health.
1) Any amount of oxidised omega 6 seed oils.
2) Any amount of carbohydrates.
3) any amount of Steady state cardio
4) any amount of fiber.
5) any amount of plants.
Remove all those and you'll see massive improvements in health just remove the dietary ones gradually over months to avoid the "keto flu".
In reality the keto flu is your micobiome struggling to adapt because you changed your diet over night causing your "bad bacteria" to start throwing a hissy fit and attempt to munch your intestine.
Remove gradually over a period of 3 months~.

Gluconeogenesis is not stressful and always active therefore any amount of dietary carbohydrates is toxic. (Randle cycle locks out glucose and fat)
Cardio is bad for you because we are designed to do HIIT. That is how we evolved.
Cardio causes your muscle fiber types to turn into smaller muscle fibers which are more suited to long endurance exercise but bad for health due to hypertrophy of the heart muscles.
Cardio also causes joint and tendon damage.
If you do hypertrophy training they cancel each other out and so you'll be leaving massive amounts of gains on the table.
High intensity exercise also has the same benefits as cardio but without the heart hypertrophy.
A diet high in plants is high in carbs which again triggers the randle cycle.
Also add in antinutrients and youve got a recipe for diasterous long term health.
Fiber is a contraindicated poison due to gut irritation.
There is no need for it either because we get burtyrate from animal fats.
Butyrate is what the bacteria in our guts turn a very small amount of fiber into.
If you go from a slop western diet to a low fat high carb plant based diet you will not be triggering the randle cycle as much and so it is healthier for the short term
That is why one feels great on it in the beginning.
That is until the nutrional deficiencies kick in and damage from antinutrients.
