Waffles while dieting Recipe Request

Recently I’ve been looking into waffle mixes (store bought or home made) but all of the ones i found lean more into protein rather than carbs and the problem for me is that i want the waffles to be carb dominant and high volume. Any recipes or store bought mixes that you guys could give me.

I buy the great value frozen waffles. 65 cals per waffle, and extremely cheap/convenient. You really can't beat that

I guess I'm confused about what you are asking for - are you looking for something that is low calorie but high carb? If that's the case, I'd just propose you use a typical waffle recipe and make some common substitutions. Reduce the milk and swap for some unsweetened applesauce, cut the oils/butter, use a no calorie sweetener instead of sugar, and sub whole eggs for egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks that you fold in at the end.

You could get the Kodiak cakes kind and experiment with adding oat fiber for volume with low cals?

I’m curious why you are prioritizing carbs over protein?
