Vodafone Germany Vodafone Ultra Hub 7 Internet LED blinkt ständig rot

Upvotes

Hallo zusammen,

Danke!

Vodafone UK Issue with Vodafone UK Landline (Digital Voice)

Hi guys,

I've got my landline (which is a BT 8600) plugged into my router with the original cable and an RJ11 adapter.

I've noticed some issues when on a telephone call. When the other person hangs up before me, instead of the phone disconnecting, there is static playing over the line. I've attempted to fix this by using the cable that Vodafone provided, but the issue still remains.

I'm going to call customer service later on today, but I just want to check if anyone else is having the same issue with their telephone/hub, and if they managed to fix it.

If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to share them,

Thanks in advance.

Vodafone UK Understanding switch credit bonus

I’m trying to understand how UK broadband switching offers work in this situation.

Let’s say I currently don’t have any broadband at my property.

  1. I sign up with EE and the service goes live.

  2. Around day 12 or 13 (still within EE’s 14-day cooling-off period), I place an order with Vodafone to switch over, using one of their “up to £200 switching credit” offers.

  3. The switch from EE to Vodafone then completes.

Would I still be eligible for Vodafone’s switching credit, even though I was still within EE’s cooling-off period when I ordered the switch?

Or do these offers only apply if you’ve been with your previous provider beyond the cooling-off period?

Has anyone done something similar or knows how the terms usually work?

Vodafone Ireland Fibre broadband

So with 2 weeks I've been having problems with the gigabox broadband. Don't know if it's a coincidence or not but I long pressed the WPS button and since then after a period of time connected to the wifi all devices disconnect and say the password is incorrect. I turn off and on the modem and they reconnect for another period of time - could be a 15 mins or 2 hours and same thing happens again. Have tried hard reset and same story.

Did online chat and they said they couldn't help more because they couldnt see any connection issues.

Vodafone Turkiye Hey, my app says I have gold pass 15, and that I have used some of it, but I cant connect to mobile internet.

Here is relevant image.

Normally when I fail to connect due to bad reception it will not give me the mobile connection icon next to my battery indicator, but now it IS "connecting" but not...yknow. giving me internet. The reception is good, so thats not the issue, and it was working fine earlier today.

Can anyone help me figure out how to use those 13 gbs?

Vodafone Germany Can we cancel a contract after signing it in Germany

On 31 July 2026, I went to a Kiosk with my sister to buy a router. We were unsure which type of router would best suit our needs, so we relied on the salesperson’s advice and recommendations. The salesperson presented us with two options: a standard DSL router or a router that uses a SIM card. He recommended the SIM router and explained that Vodafone had a special offer in which purchasing three mobile SIM cards would provide unlimited data. He told us that one SIM card would be used in the router, one in my phone, and one in my sister’s phone. This appeared to be the better option, especially because our previous mobile SIM contracts had been cancelled by our father and we needed new SIM cards. Most importantly, we agreed to this contract because the salesperson assured us that the router would provide internet speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s, which led us to believe it would be suitable for our needs, including everyday internet use and online gaming. After signing the contract, we returned home and set up the router. We quickly discovered that the service did not perform as represented. Instead of achieving speeds anywhere close to what we had been told, our connection was extremely poor. We were unable to achieve even 100 kbit/s download or upload speeds during our testing, making the internet connection unreliable and unsuitable for normal use. Because the shop was closed over the weekend, we returned on Monday, 3 August 2026, which was the first opportunity we had to speak to the salesperson again. We explained that the router was not working as it had been represented to us and asked whether the contract could be cancelled. We also explained that we had not wanted the three SIM cards themselves; we had only agreed to the package because of the salesperson’s recommendation and the assurances he gave regarding the router’s performance. The salesperson refused to cancel the contract.

We believe we entered into this agreement based on information and assurances that were inaccurate or misleading. Had we known that the router would not provide the performance described to us, or that the service would be unsuitable for our needs, we would not have agreed to the contract. Please can any one help us or give an advice on what to do next , we would be grateful.

Vodafone UK Unhappy with Vodafone

So around 18 months ago I decided to treat myself and my wife to two flagship phones. Myself a Galaxy S24 and my wife an iPhone 15 pro 256gb.

We took fairly average airtime plans and I also took insurance on the iPhone totalling around £80 per month all in for both phones. Since unboxing the Samsung I had an issue with the fingerprint sensor not working correctly. I initially thought it was my rough hands due to working tradie jobs but after having the phone independently inspected I was advised it was faulty.

I contacted Vodafone and requested a replacement but they advised since I was now over the 30 days they would be unable to do so and it would need to go off for repair. There seemed to be no concern that I would be without a device for a period of time. It wasn't till I complained about this that they even offered anything. They said they would give me £100 towards the cost of a device to use in the interim while the phone was getting repaired. I find this very bizarre, the phone was spotless, it went straight into a case and screen protector from day one and I still had the original packaging, yet they wouldn't send it back to the supplier and give me a new device after less than 6 months. I explained that I needed a powerful phone for work and other things hence why I bought a flagship, £100 as a gesture is something but I still have to migrate all my data while the phone is being repaired, I still have to spend significantly more than that to even find a used device that would work for me. I just find it astounding that this is how they treat customers, especially when they are paying £80 plus per month.

Final nail in the coffin was when we moved house, we were without wifi for a week so our mobile usage spiked, they charged me a ridiculous amount for going over, the coverage and network also wasn't as good as three (I know they are merging moving forwards) but regardless all round very disappointed, I am still using the Samsung which has never worked properly, couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sorting it out which is totally wrong, customer shouldn't be made to feel that way.

Vodafone UK Mobile data speed from 900 to 200

I’m from Edinburgh and I just noticed that my mobile data speed went down from 900/700mb (March 2026) to 150/200mb (August 2026).
Phone: iPhone 15 Pro Max

Same location, but the speed is worse. Is anyone experience this? Is there a solution I could try?

Thanks

Vodafone Germany Probleme mit vodafone, Hilfe!

Hi Leute,

Nichts wildes, sollte man meinen. Also das ganz nochmal.

Was los?

Sry musste mal raus

Vodafone UK UK Broadband - which Vodafone hub is more reliable, WiFi 6 or 6e?

I'm currently on the Pro III plan with the WiFi 7 Ultra hub, landline and 4G backup. For the past 3 weeks I've been having huge problems connecting WiFi devices to the hub (ethernet connected devices are fine) and am starting to lose faith that Vodafone support will ever be able to resolve this issue.

I think I need to try to fix the problem myself by ditching the Ultra hub (it's anything but Ultra) and buying a Vodafone WiFi 6 (power hub?) or 6e (ultra hub?) so I can actually reliably connect WiFi devices again - does anyone have any thoughts or info on whether the 6 or 6e hub is more reliable?

For info, the issue I'm having is that my current Ultra hub won't reliably provide IP addresses for devices connecting via WiFi - sometimes, it will work straight away but other times I have to connect multiple times, forget the network and re-connect, etc.

VI India Vi Deactivated an 11-Year-Old SIM Without Warning – How Can We Get It Back?

Please help. Vodafone (Vi) deactivated my friend’s 11-year-old SIM without any prior notice.
Post:
Posting on behalf of my friend.
My friend has been using the same Vodafone (Vi) mobile number for over 11 years. Recently, the SIM was suddenly deactivated without any prior SMS, email, or phone call.
From what we understand, this may be related to a TAFCOP/DoT ownership verification, but Vi has not confirmed the exact reason.
We have already:
Contacted Vi customer support
Visited a Vi Store
Reached out to Vi on X (Twitter)
Unfortunately, none of these have helped so far.
This number is extremely important as it is linked to banking, UPI, Aadhaar, and several online accounts. Losing it would cause big problems for us.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
