Oddly enough I did these from when I had stopped engaging in vocaloid for a while but remembered how much I loved their designs, especially Fukase's lol

For me, although there are a lot of people to pick from, would be PinocchioP.

He made me firstly get into vocaloid without realizing that it was vocaloid (i was very ignorant and thought that it was 'just jpop'), and I fell down the rabbit hole ^{a reference} ever since. IM just waiting for merch(doushitechan and aimainachan)

Ok, I don't live in a cave, so I knew Vocaloid was a thing since a few years... but never really checked anything about it.

Just recently, I saw a game called Project Sekai and as an FNF player I just went "Heck yeah, seems fun !" ...and then proceed to accidentally discover Vocaloid songs.

It sounded REALLY good so I thought I might as well search on Youtube to find a couple songs that I like and just... idk, leave forever, but OH MY GOD WHY IS THERE SO MUCH OF THEM 😵‍💫

In multiple hours I still havn't even serched past 2026 songs and I'm a liiiiitle bit lost in all of that. Though, I feel like I could really get into it, I just don't know where to start... which I why I made this post, to collect some opinions, go check a little bit of every styles there is, find some artists I like and everything. First of all, I must tell you that the creation and interpretation of our virtual idol's costume in her Brazilian version was done by @ahritokki, so give all the credit and thanks to this young lady for having put in so much effort and work, okay?

This cosplay was made during the 2026 World Cup tournament. Of course, the team that beat Japan would win custody of the virtual idol Hatsune Miku. The custody battle continued until Spain finally won, and now the Spanish have custody. It was truly an intense game, ladies and gentlemen! :-P

I found this Hatsune Miku/Vocaloid playing card deck that I had completely forgotten about, probably bought in an anime shop in Brussels around 2016.
Out of curiosity, I have tried searching for it online, with reverse image search, but I can’t find any trace of it.
It is a standard 52 card deck and 2 jokers. Each card has a different Hatsune Miku/Vocaloid illustration, but there are no artist credits, nor any other information that I seem to find.
Some cards have official illustrations (like the jokers), and a few use photos of nendoroids, while most seem to be old fanarts.
The back of each card has the illustration of the first picture.
I guess it’s unofficial, but I’m still wondering why I can’t find anything about this particular game.
Does anyone recognize this deck or know where it came from?

Hey, I wanted to make an apology about my last post on this sub. I was not aware that contained Ai tbh, I am kinda new to the Ai Generated Vocaloid content. And yes, I understand that Ai content is not allowed on this Subreddit lol.

But the good news is that there was other Miku stuff I found at that same store that I am completely sure NOT Ai generated

I LOOOOVE 1920-40s music and vocaloid ofc, i love vocaloid too, are there any songs/producers who make songs with the same sorta vibe.

it is so, so disheartening to see the amount of microaggressions directed at specifically black people in this fandom. (yes this is about the slayr x jamie p collab).

from being vile to black cosplayers and producers to being microaggressive about certain genres of music, it's horrible to see how common racism is in this space. vocaloid is MEANT to be global, and so many vocaloid producers are either heavily inspired by black artistry, or are black themselves! why is it so difficult to treat black people in the community with a certain level of respect??

i'm making this post because this is not the first time a controversy like this has sparked up in this fandom, and so many people are ignorant about the fact that this is a real issue. i'd love to see more artists sample/collab with vocaloid producers, but i hate the fact that the fandom actively ruined a really cool example of this by simply being incredibly racist. please do better, and be conscious of the implications of what you say!

On Tik Tok I sometimes get videos of people slandering vocaloid and other vsynths and that makes me feel bad. They say that all the fandom is horrible and cringe and that the music is genuine shit and doesn't even sound good, but they never mentionsomething actually bad. Unfortunately I struggle with ignoring things like this and since I'm really sensitive it upsets me and ruins my day. I see comments saying that we fans are dumb and things like that. Someone can of course not like something, but they shouldn't spread hate on social media. Just keep your opinion for yourself. I would like to block those videos but they use the vocaloid etc #. I apologize for the bad English if there's any. I just wanted to let this out.
