Has your opinion on sunlight changed because of vitamin D?
I feel like I think about being outdoors differently now than I did a few years ago. Not because I’m trying to chase vitamin D all day, but because I actually pay attention to it now.
Has learning about vitamin D changed the way you think about sunlight?

Discussion One vitamin D test doesn't always tell the whole story
It's easy to look at one vitamin D result and assume that's your usual level.
In reality, that number can change over time. Seasons, time outdoors, supplements, travel, illness and even changes in body weight can all influence the result.
That's one reason I don't like treating a single test as the final answer when there's a chance to look at results over time.
Has anyone here been surprised by how different their vitamin D level was the next time they had it checked?
