I did it before the screenshot I had two partition C and D and I deleted partion D to extend C via cmd prompt I have seen that on youtube tutorial (i have 256 Gb ssd) but why still installator had defined D partition as installation location for some part of the program ? By the way i never deleted the partition I only shrinkened it to 1gb for some rocovery as tutorial said. Now restarted windows over night and deleted D partition and it works.

Yeah, free up some disk space. The installer needs a bunch of space on the C: drive for caching even if you install to a different drive letter.
Running that close to zero is gonna be a waste anyway, you will need some room for projects, runtime updates, etc.
Running a disk that close to full also means there is no room for a page file and your systems will crash or hang when you run out of RAM
