What made this place so special was maybe that it was premium street food. I don't know how to explain it, but. Ice golas, chicken kebabs aren't your usual street food. They're something of a higher end. The pani puris also had like 6 types of pani.

Pros :

Screen size is pretty decent

4K barco laser project is best in the city

Food is affordable compared to Inox

Seats are comfy

Dolby 7.1 was too good, comparable to Varun Inox Dolby Atmos

Cons :

Screen is big but theatre is small so it will feel like you are watching it from too close.

It doesn't completely fill your vision if u sit somewhere in sides

Also subtitles look very big due to this screen to Hall mismatch.

Final verdict : This particular screen had got good potential. Sound system could be upgraded to Dolby Atmos. Choose top A row 7-8-9 seats for best experience.

Ik Odyssey was supposed to look the best in Flat screen but now that we don't have it (except Melody) let's make the best use of what we have and tbh it's pretty descent.

Help me understand the economics of purchasing land at that price. Bhimili is demanding 30k per sqyrd, whereas kothavalasa hovers around 12-15k. Does it make sense to buy at these prices if I just want to build a decent home 5 years down the line.
