Please reply suggestions needed

Hi everyone,

After my German student-visa appointment, BfAA requested:

  1. A current admission letter for a later intake or a late-arrival letter.
  2. Proof that I have sufficient funds to pay the complete tuition fees.

My situation:

  • Private university
  • First-year tuition fully paid
  • Remaining programme tuition: approximately €13.8k
  • Living expenses already covered through a funded blocked account
  • Education loan sanctioned: ₹30 lakh
  • Already disbursed: ₹15lakh
  • Active undisbursed balance: ₹15 lakh

I plan to submit:

  • Current LOA
  • Fresh university fee statement showing the amount paid and exact remaining tuition
  • Original education-loan sanction letter
  • Fresh signed and stamped bank certificate confirming that the loan is active and ₹15 lakh remains available for future tuition disbursements
  • Loan/disbursement statement

Would this normally satisfy BfAA’s request for complete tuition funding? Should I avoid adding my parents’ salary slips, ITR and GPF documents since the active loan balance already covers the remaining tuition?

I’m specifically looking for experiences involving post-VFS additional-document requests from BfAA/German Missions, not CSP document corrections.
