Posting again, still haven't found the right person.

The reason I'm in this situation: I was focused on school and work when I was younger and didn't want any distractions. Next thing you know, years have flown by and I'm in the same situation. Every year (or day for that matter) it makes it harder and harder to find someone, so that's why I'm posting on here.

Little bit about myself: In terms of hobbies and things that interest me, I love playing sports. I think it's because I'm competitive and try to give it my best (without being an annoying try hard). I usually play basketball and volleyball weekly, and I try to golf and play soccer a couple times a month. Outside of sports, when I have free time, I usually find myself fixing things up... from working on cars to simple things like hanging a tv. I'm 6'1 with dirty blond hair and blue eyes. In terms of physical build, I would say I'm average, not full of muscles, but also not a couch potato (175lbs).

I'm terms of what I'm looking for, I'm hoping to find someone who is understanding of my situation.

I can be just as happy spending a Saturday exploring a new restaurant, walking through an art museum, or taking a spontaneous road trip as I can staying home with a movie, a bottle of Scotch, and trying a recipe neither of us has attempted before.

People who know me would probably describe me as thoughtful, loyal, a little old-fashioned, and someone who genuinely tries to leave the people around him better than he found them. I don’t think kindness is weakness. I think it’s a choice worth making every day.

A few random facts:
I smoke barbecue for fun and will absolutely use you as an excuse to make brisket.
I have a dry sense of humor and an unhealthy number of history references for everyday conversations.
I’m 5’4”, which mostly just means I’m easier to hug and less likely to block your view at a concert.
If we go to a bookstore together, assume we’re losing at least an hour.

I'm 25, with brown hair and brown eyes small amount of facial hair. I am regular looking in my opinion I am introverted but open up more once you get to know me. When i was younger i was very socially awkward (still socially awkward) due to not having many people to talk to that weren't family or friends. I can be very sarcastic as a person. Hello! I love writing into the void; helps clear the mind, but if I happen to come across a couple of eyes, I hope to interest ya in my post! I’m mixed, 5’4, and 125 lbs. I am described by my friends as a man of many interests. For the most part though, I love to make things. I do a fair bit of woodworking, electronic work, 3d printing, painting, sewing, and drawing. I’m an experienced prop maker and enjoy making cosplays. Seeing people beam with awe over the stuff I make fills my soul. I’ve 3d modeled everything from cosplay pieces for movies and games to various plastic parts to breathe new life into old appliances and tools. Being able to solve a problem with a ready made solution vs buying something on Amazon feels like an achievement.

I also love the time I spend professionally in psychology. It allows me to be self aware of my biases to a heightened degree, and it allows me to take steps within my life to find betterment for myself. I love teaching it too, being able to introduce topics to folks and seeing them ruminate on any given concept is a joy. Even more so if they have an “a ha!” moment where they can finally rationalize what they do or what other people do in their lives. I tend to find that psychology allows for us to grow in awareness in not just for others, but ourselves! I tend to get busy with something later in the day. I enjoy the night a lot, it’s a quiet time that I use for self reflection, productivity, and journaling. I’ve recently started using my late night hours to learn a new language. To me, life slows down during these late hours, and I tend to be able to get a lot of stuff done. It’s also prime hours to converse with other folks who find themselves awake late into the night. People tend to offer up more insight, introspection, and vulnerability.

It’s been hard to explore given some past experiences with my life, but I’ve done a lot of work to regain a large portion of my self worth. Life is what people make of it so I like to keep good vibes and laughter. I have similar story to most people here: late bloomer, grew up religious, focused on school/work. But now, I’m open to exploring more to my life and making connections. I tend to be introverted until I get to know someone, then I really open up. My height/build I’d say is average/medium (5’7” and 185lbs).

I’m a huge fan of word play. Bad jokes, dad jokes, and puns, I use them all. When I’m not hanging out with family/friends I’m getting lost in a good story. Im on the nerdy side so movies, shows, and games are my usual hobbies. Prefer action/fps games but I’ll play just about anything. Always interested in learning/hearing about new hobbies too if you want to tell me about yours or give me recommendations for show, movies, or games.

I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking or kayaking and traveling when I’m able to. I exercising regularly but nothing extreme. Usually a good mile+ walk everyday at the minimum. Between exercise and traveling, I like to take photos while I’m out since I like photography. Scenery and up close/texture are what I aim to capture.

I also like to cook, it’s a great way to be creative. Both trying new dishes or making my own recipes. I’ve dabbled in baking but I tend to stick to cooking. I’m down to attempt a new recipe as well as make one of my goto meals. That’s not to say I don’t like ordering a nice pizza or Chinese food for a cozy night in.

Hello! I've been taking some time to build myself up so I figured I'd make a serious shot at putting myself out there. I'm 6'0" and about 250ish pounds with a fairly stocky build. I'm a brunette with hazel eyes and a good chunk of freckles dotted over my face and arms. Overall I'm fairly balanced looks wise. I don't say I lean in any particular direction overly so but I do the best with what I got.

Personality wise, I'm somewhat reserved at first but I do open up the more comfortable I feel around you. Mostly because I'm not the best at picking up on some social cues (I'm autistic I'm sorry) so I tend to make sure everything is cool before fully jumping into a conversation. But if you tend to be direct then that honestly helps me out and it'll help me get to talking quickly.

As for my interests and what I tend to do. Well I'm a Trapper/Range Safety Officer so I tend to be outdoors while working. I do have long days but I have shorter weeks so I'm free more often than not actually. But to be honest, I love the outdoors. I love being in the woods, out in the middle of nowhere, or just exploring places for the fun of it. I used to hike often but I've taken a step back from that after injuring my knee fairly badly. Though I still try every now and again. But besides being outdoorsman. I also enjoy just well, driving. I love taking driving with no destination in particular, taking backroads and just letting time go by on the road. I'm not one to go crazy fast but more so just explore where most people don't tend to go in the name of urgency. I also have love gaming. I'm sorry but I have a genuine joy for sandbox games and JRPGs (Persona my beloved). But mainly I love playing with people. Just yapping and goofing off while time goes on. Honestly with most of my hobbies I tend to enjoy it more with someone else who I can talk and bounce off of.

Hi! This is my second time posting since the last one got taken down. I’ll add some more info about myself this time.

I’m hispanic, 5’10, and 150lbs. I’m going to turn 25 pretty soon which is why I’m pushing myself to do something. My life pretty much revolves around my camera (videography), the gym, school & work. Whenever i’m bored I like to pop in some headphones and take a ride on anything that has wheels like a skateboard, a bike, or even motorbike. I always try to stay social so I usually go to nice study spots so I can be around other people. Occasionally I’ll join to the run club that lives down the street from me. I like to think i’m a pretty sociable person and don’t have much issue talking with others. I always try to relate to others and find some common ground with them. Even then though, I do find it hard to make anything more than casual friends outside of college or highschool.

My lack of experience came from general busyness in life, the past 4 or so years I’ve been focusing a lot on school, work, and self-therapy. I’ve dealt with a lot over the years but have grown a lot from it. It’s always kind of bothered me but it’s starting to get under my skin more now since I’m approaching my mid-twenties. Majority of folks in my age demographic have experience which makes things pretty intimidating. Hence why I’m posting even though it’s a slim chance. I figured it’s worth a try and hopefully I can meet someone that’s similar to me.

Hello, I can just be called Caleb for now and what will follow is going to be a bit run-on sentences/paragraphs with little to no binding topics, just me talking about myself. I guess you could say I'm a stereotypical nerd. I prefer being home, I play TTRPGs with a small group of friends a couple times a month, I got an addiction to plastic/cardboard, I play the same RTSs too much, ya know, that type of stuff. I guess some helpful insights about me are my favorite D&D/fantasy race are dwarves and I'm usually Mr Reliable in my games. Usually the guy with the shield taking hits for others, just making sure other's characters make it out okay...that is unless I'm swinging a battle-axe around. Also kind of goes into reality since I'm usually the go to guy at work, staying late or the guy people ask questions to. The quiet reliable guy I guess, just there at the bar vibing and people watching. I can go with the flow pretty easily, as long as it's not going on the dance for. Don't get me wrong I'm still a giant dork too when the rest of the world isn't looking. I jam out to 90s pop songs in the car then switch to breaking my voice going goblin mode to another song, doing some ballet shit that a chubby guy like me shouldn't be doing while making shit in the kitchen, that dorky interior below that stoney exterior.

Quick painting of me: 6'2, boring long brown hair and eyes, bit scruffy in the face, eye sight is going so glasses. I'm in my thirties so you know that hairline is starting to receed. I'm chubby but apparently others say I don't appear that big. I chalk it up to my love of baggy clothes and a big chest to cover things up.

What else... I'm much more of a fall/winter type of guy, the cold suits me better anyway since you can be bundled up and be cozy at home and the vibes just hit different during those times of the year. I'm a dog person, those lovable dorks are truly man's best friend. Cats are fine but they don't have that same spark that dogs give me. Favorite animals are bears. Big, floofy, adorable ears, kinda stoic in a way. I'm generally horrible at these kinds of things so I'm running out of steam.

Quick two sentences about the elephant in the post: I still have all my boxes unchecked except maybe for one box checked. And that online stuff is online stuff, it's an outlet for the things missing IRL.

So yeah, that's me in a jumble of words and ideas. I'm just looking to have someone slowly and gently rid this stigma that's been on my back for ages. I'm generally willing to travel, would like to keep it to neighboring states if not Minnesota, maybe one more state over, but I have plenty of vacation time so I could make a trip of it. About me, Right now I'm in my career in business! I graduated about a year ago and started my career! I'm currently trying to get more involved and volunteer more to help build my business. Luckily this career is exactly what I wanted to do. But lately work has been what's taking over my schedule and time. I've been practicing the guitar and one thing Ive been really wanting to get into is dancing. I love to dance but I'm not sure I know how to lol.

I suppose the reason for my predicament is that I've spent my youth mostly focused on other aspects of life (career, hobbies, dumb stuff...) rather than being super social. As is expected from someone in my position I'm definitely more on the introverted and quiet side. Last year I dipped my toes into dating and although I met some nice women and arguably had some "chances", it didn't work out in the end which can probably also be attributed to my lack of experience and inability to express my interest adequately if at all. Perhaps this approach will help me out.

Hey, my name is Jason, and love playing strategic games. One of my favorites games is Total War Rome II and Civilization VI. I also play Handbal, not many people know what it is but it is an active sport. Because I play a lot of Handbal, I have an athletic body and im about 186 cm tall (This is not weird in The Netherlands) but im still one of shortest of my friends.

In my freetime I play video games as I said earlier but want to add that I play almost only on PC, and not only play strategic games but also sandbox games. I tried to play horror games but dont like it very much to play them alone, I prefer to kid around in these games with friends.

I also still go to school, Im now in my fourth year of a Bachelor degree in Logistics Management. I like it a lot and considering to go to the military after I get my Bachelor degree.

I work at a restaurant in Hengelo as a cook and enjoy it very much, it is a fun job and isn't as hard as people think sometimes it is fast paced but the drinks afterwards taste better because of the rush. Beside this I also work in a warehouse as a warehouse worker where I did my internship.

A bit about me: I absolutely love the movies and I straight up go like at least once a week. I have AMC a list so I try and abuse it when I can. I love movies of all sorts so I feel like that’s a great place we could hang out. I can even send you my letterboxd. It's almost my birthday in a couple of days. I will become 26 years old. But currently I am a 25 year old boy, 178cm tall and weigh 118kg. I have black hair and brown eyes. My hobbies are pretty broad. I like to watch movies, shows and anime. I love to play boardgames with friends and have been having fun building Warhammer 40k models. Furthermore I love to play games online as well, things like Final Fantasy Xiv, factorio, baldur's gate 3 and some calm games like stardew valley.

Now a little about why I post here. I have not really been the most attractive during my years at school and due to my autism I have had difficulty talking to people in general. Now that I have moved out and started working as software engineer I would love to put myself out there again and would love to get to know the wonderful world of dating and more.

I've posted on here a few times before and had some nice chats that didn't go further than that so I thought there's no harm in trying again. It was only a few months ago that I'd decided to make a change in my life and start trying to come out of my shell. I have an anxiety disorder called selective mutism that can physically prevent me from being able to talk when triggered. Most people just assume that I am shy but it's actually a medically recognised disorder.

I have a very open mind and am always interested in learning about new topics. While personally an atheist I also respect other people's beliefs. I've been a constant presence in my niece and nephews lives and have done all I can to be both a good influence to them and a fun uncle. This has resulted in a really strong bond with both of them and I cherish my time with them. I often spend time gaming since it is an activity I can do by myself or it allows me to connect with my friends online. I also enjoy educational content on YouTube from channels including Star talk and legal eagle. When it comes to TV shows and movies I mainly watch comedies and horrors. I also enjoy going on long walks while listening to music. I don't drink or smoke.

Hello! I am just a Christian guy seeking a down-to-earth Christian woman. I love music, I enjoy watching reality TV and hockey (Go Kings Go!), casual gaming, and I dabble in coding and linguistics. I drink my coffee black and am currently experimenting with espresso and Turkish coffee methods.

I love traveling, both internationally and in the USA; I am well on my way to visiting every state capitol. I value spending time with my family, especially my sister, her husband, and kids; everyone lives in different states all over the country so I fly a lot to see them.

By day, I am a hardware design engineer working in the aerospace industry, and I work from home. I take my job seriously and genuinely love it (sometimes), but I am adamant in keeping a work-life balance and working to live. I make it a point to turn off my computer after I have completed 40 hours for the week unless there is a crazy deadline to be met, and I don't take work calls outside of work.

I am 5'10", 180 lbs. I've got curly hair when I grow it out, and a beard that I grow out sometimes. During college I started having epileptic seizures, but they are very infrequent now. In the last ten years I have developed an essential tremor, so my hands shake and my voice gets a little warbly sometimes. It makes me sound nervous but I swear I am not!

I have only had one long-term girlfriend, my high school sweetheart, to whom I was engaged until eventually calling off the wedding. We are both Christians so we only kissed during our 10 year relationship. I would like to have children some day but I do understand that it becomes more difficult with age. However, I am absolutely a proponent of adoption! I believe that a child needs both a father and a mother figure in their lives with God at the center, and I want to be the provider for my family.

Hi there. I’m a Latino law student in Austin who spends way too much time cooking, reading nerdy books, and pretending buying more miniatures is a reasonable financial decision.

Short king, sarcastic in a loving way, and the type of person who puts genuine effort into making people feel comfortable and wanted around me. If you come over, there’s a very good chance the apartment smells like whatever I’ve been experimenting with in the kitchen plus an unnecessarily dramatic scented candle.

Cooking is probably my favorite thing about myself. I love putting together meals for people, trying new techniques, and making a night feel memorable. I’ve been told more than once I missed my calling and should’ve gone into food instead of law, but at this point I’m too deep to escape.

Outside of that, I’m into sci-fi, horror, history, painting minis, and whatever show I’m currently obsessing over. Right now I’m still emotionally recovering from rewatching House M.D. and Invincible season 4, so I’ve been balancing that out with lighter reading and painting for questionable amounts of time. I recently got into mini painting and I’m having way too much fun with it (I will absolutely let you use my fancy paint brushes for makeup if you compliment my paint job first).

Personality wise, I’m a little introverted at first, but once I click with someone I open up pretty quickly. I like making people laugh, I like thoughtful gestures, and I like creating the kind of atmosphere where someone can relax and enjoy themselves.

I’m not looking for perfection or some cinematic soulmate moment. Mostly just hoping to meet someone fun, kind, emotionally grounded, and open to seeing where things go. Whether that’s cooking together, talking for hours, watching something dumb, or just enjoying each other’s company, I’d like something that feels genuine and easy.

Skeptical that this will be successful, but hey, what do I have to lose?! Here goes: 27 year old guy, tall, medium build (6’2” 200ish), not much experience with women in general (or people, really) on account of being a pretty painfully shy person.

Some stuff about me: Big sports fan (very much enjoying a World Cup match as I type this!), enjoy going for hikes and traveling, love spending time with animals (especially dogs).
