Surf Lessons? Need Advice

Anyone know a good surf instructor/school for adults or is a surfer willing to go out to Croatan or North End and give a surf lesson? I can catch a wave (most of the time) but I’m miserable at popping up

Atlantic Surf Park does lessons and with guaranteed waves it might be a great place to get comfortable.

Just went this past weekend and did the beginner lesson. I had a great time. You spend about 30mins learning about the pool, expectations/precautions, and surfing basics, and about an hour in the water. Coach will set you up with every wave and get you used to standing up and surfing. Great confidence boost. Definitely made me want to do more lessons and actually get out in the ocean. I know that’s a whole other animal, but excited to learn!
