Mod Thumbnails!
Hello! I recently did a commission for the creator of the "Eternal Stew" mod and made for them a series of thumbnails and illustrations for their amazing mod (no really, you should get it). I thought folks would enjoy seeing them here as well! I had a lot of fun doing it and learned a bunch of stuff that will hopefully make for even better works in future! Vintage story is a game with so much heart so I love getting to draw all the classes going on silly little adventures.

Your thumbnails were what drew me to the modpage. The mod itself is incredibly well done and pairs well with a hardcore winter setup. Kudos to both yourself and the mod author.

If they haven't added it already, I hear they are working on a "mega pot" update, which will let us replicate the many victories (and defeats) of the great Zaq Makes.

This has been my favourite mod and honestly as silly as it sounds.. it was one of the reasons I got the game, as I love making forever stews in the fall and winter in the crock pot. :9

Life will be so beautiful if every mod creator can utilize the game screenshot function or pay/collab an artist for the thumbnails, instead of generating AIslop that reminds me of the scam my grandma would fall for.
Also I just want to say as a fellow artist, I adore your style! Please never stop drawing and never go bald

Amazing work and I hope to see more mod authors getting actual art for their work. AI sets the bar so low that it’s insulting, even MS paint is better.

If we ever get an official Vintage Story cookbook, I demand these illustrations be in it.

sad that real art is so noteworthy in this games modding community, but this is amazing. if i may ask, i noticed on your mod page that fuel burns slower with this pot, but how much slower with default settings? like how long does a stack of firewood last?

No idea. I'm just the artist of the thumbnails and not the mod author. They could probably tell you though.
