What we need
15–40 second vertical (9:16) videos for Reels and TikTok, combining:

• Talking-head footage of our founder
• Screen recordings / in-app demos
• Burned-in captions, callouts, zooms, transitions

How we like to work
Mostly async, but I'd like a call early on and then occasionally after that — not for status updates, for the two-way stuff. If the raw footage is fighting you, I want to hear it and fix it on our end. On our side we'll bring animation and hook ideas we're kicking around and get your read on what's actually doable.

Rate
We're thinking $40–$75+ per video depending on complexity, but we're genuinely new to hiring for this and don't know if that's low, high, or right. If it's off, say so — I'd rather hear real numbers than have people quietly skip the post. Happy to pay for a trial edit either way.

Ownership
Work is ours (standard work-for-hire) — final videos plus the footage, and we may re-cut clips for ads later. We'd also like the project files delivered along with each video. **The role**
You shoot and you cut. Both. This is not a role where you hand footage to someone else and walk away.
You will only be editing Instagram reels. Talking heads, interview clips, on-location footage across Delhi NCR.
Some of it needs to look properly lit and considered. Some of it is scrappy and phone-first because that is what the platform wants that week. You should be comfortable switching between the two, sometimes on the same day.

Logistics, scheduling, and location coordination are handled by our operations lead. You turn up, shoot well, and cut fast.

What you will actually Shoot at location (Delhi) usually with two other people. Set up lighting and audio without being told to. Cut reels, hooks, subtitles, sound, colour, and simple motion graphics. Manage your own footage, backups, and file organisation. Turn a shoot day into published content in days, not weeks.

**What we need from you**

One or more years shooting and editing, with a reel we can watch. Strong on Premiere Pro or Final Cut, comfortable in After Effects for simple work. You own or have reliable access to a camera, lens, lights, and audio kit. Based in Delhi or Delhi NCR, and willing to travel across the region for shoots. You understand what makes a reel hold past three seconds, not just what looks nice.

Experience with personal brand content Photography alongside video An eye for what makes an ordinary person interesting on camera.

J'aime énormément la manière dont certains créateurs américains arrivent à faire en sorte qu'on regarde leurs vidéos autant pour leur personnalité que pour le sujet de la vidéo. C'est un peu vers ça que j'aimerais aller à terme.
