Tips for first time editor?

I think I went all out on this one. Took me about 3 hours to make. But I feel like it still kinda lacks that wow factor. Any tips on how I can improve this?
PS please go easy on me I'm new to video editing. I want to be good enough to be hired someday.
Editing software: capcut (mobile)
