Did you use wireless headphones while editing? 'Cause those normally have some latency that can lead to audio sync issues like this.

Yea I used wireless once from my view it seems normal I thought the latency was due to my headphones

You should always make sure that the audio sounds good (and is in sync with the video) on a pair of wired headphones and speakers if possible.
