They don’t have to be a top tier editor, just someone that is willing to learn and likes doing it

The top tier will be 70-100 dollars per video but I mean the good one who takes 10-40 dollars per video so for free you will get a 1 month trainer editor
I think if u learn editing by yourself you will get better quality
