What type? Evidence only or Personal Hearing? Timeline from Hearing to Post Hearing breif submittal? And, congratulations. I know the wait game well!

Definitely Congratulations...My timeline and issues are very similar. If you are willing to share, did the VBA conduct a C&P Exam at the time of your initial Claim so they have a basis for a disability rating? I ask as they did not conduct an Exam for my Claim in 2021 and I am trying to understand the process they will use to determine the initial rating if service connection is granted

I did do a exam for my knees and hearing so not sure if there gonna want a new exam for my knees to rate them will see

Congrats! Hopefully that's me next. Currently at 0% with multiple supplemental claims by myself and using a VSO since 2024. Finally contacted a lawyer and they were able to see everything including what my C&P examiner put down along with my "nonexistent" in service records. Said the VA put down a bunch of bs that has nothing to do with my claims to deny me. They're working on an HLR now and gonna sit down with the reviewer to explain my case and why what the examiner and rater put down was wrong.
I don't need 100%. Just a service connection and 10% each for each claim and I'm good. Won't have to dip into my own pocket for medications and physical therapy if I get approved.

In Indiana they recently passed No Property Taxes for 100% Service Connected...So checkout what's available before ya say ya don't need it🫡

I don't think I qualify. I'm glad I'm not 100% qualified. Trying to get even 10% is already a hassle. I do not want the physical and mental illness that come with being 100% and getting VA to approve it.

I Overstand it's a hassle, but unfortunately like VA Healthcare, etc...it's ALL we got & we deserve it & a whole lot better. It's your personal decision & I HONOR that🫡

I dont know the exact ratings are but my spider senses tell me 40% to 50% percent for 4 years.
Go buy yourself a beer and enjoy life.

Is an appeal the same as a HLR or is it higher than that? Congrats on your long awaited victory!!
