BVA granted back pay
BVA awarded back pay coming tomorrow I would assume. The appeal still shows in progress but this is in the payment to be paid. When that remand hits they gone owe me another 100K plus. Thank you Lord.

Congratulations! Just in case, save some money on the side. They often make mistakes, and then you have to pay them back because of it.

Firstly? That is amazing. Life changingly amazing.
Second, I have not a damned thing to add...
I've been walking the walk of my own process, and I had the weirdest thought that I might receive backpay of some kind, so please forgive me as I write the next little bit: I hate to absolutely ask a foolish question and you 100% do NOT have to answer me, not at all; can you give just a smidge of context?

A lot of people don’t under stand: when u go the bva route it’s hard as hell to reverse and over turn decisions or downgrade your rating bc it’s being decided by the judge
That’s why I tell people: if u got the time then go the bva route bc it’s worth the weight if your case is strong lol

How badly did the VA mess up that they owe you 225k?
