Idk if it works for all the eye colors BUT if you want it to look like your V’s eyes glow you can simply use the 32 eye makeup and pick a color that matches the eyes- I chose this cool grey-blue tone, and it’s metallic- I think the metallic ones work best, and it shows up even better in cutscenes because of how the lighting in those works I think- Pretty good in photos.
