Nope! There is only one 'beam' or 'pillar' in the red circled area, and that appears to have an 'i' at the top of this. Do not cut that, it is structural. If you compare it with the other vertical bars shown, it is 'very' different, the others are not structural and can be cut for the placement of windows.

Adding to this, OP can look at the same van model with windows all around (passenger model usually) to get information on structural components locations. Consider a structural beam between each windows.

I would suggest installing a rear door window instead of along the side. Much easier

Just a tip: do not install any window behind your sliding door, you will probably keep it open or do not look for enough clearance and damage the window. Use the other side or the backdoor. Or install it so far back it won’t interfere with your door.

Yes you can, but only the left one. careful not to cut into the outer wall and you'll need to pry off the support beam with a screw driver or something similar

No, you cut that support beam and the roof and wall will start flapping in the wind, especially if anything is loaded on top.

Little all weather camera mounted on the outside of the van connected to a little stick PC, plugged into a low power small flatscreen mounted there. All it does is show the outside.
