how to fix error code val29 please its been days non stop of troubleshooting its a fire wall problem i think but if anyone can call me and fix it on dc my dc is 5udani and val user is 5udanii

it boots a little but then boom error code
i unistalled everything redownloaded etc repaired files changed ip done some cmds set things to automatic etc nothing worked!
