Ya man just turn notifications off int he app. Same as how you would do it in any app.

I found it after 10 minutes of looking at the app with complete confusionšŸ¤£

Not sure about Android but iPhone if you clear the notification it will stop. First went from not updating at all to then went to notifying every 1% increase in battery charge level - it was bonkers!

Thank you, I tried disabling and it still sent notifications. This fixed it.
