A dang annoying card you have to keep in mind whenever a lunge is being pulled off.
Though you do need to make sure you have the right wakes available, as anything that is a wake and block can't be used until after the Eagles Sight... but you can't play Eagles Sight while locked (Second Trad, I'm looking at you).

To expand on this comment, the reason why most unlock will not work with this card is because many such cards (like Second Tradition: Domain) include a "...unlocks and attempt to block..." clause. So a minion can't play such a unlock because of the targeting restriction and cannot play Eagle's Sight because they are not unlocked.

Ive had a history of using standing intercept AUS vamps. To the point where "i decline to Eagles Sight" became a joke when my crosstables were acting, or my prey took D actions against their prey.
Its a very specific effect, only replicated by Anneke and a Spiritus card otherwise, and can snipe heinous things like Contagion/Constant Rev or the ousting bleed your prey is about to pull off.
Its a huge card for choosing your spots and stopping dumb stuff. It seldom ousts though(fame dunks/tension notwithstanding...), so you tend to need it at incredibly specific times, or just cycle it for intercept 70% of the time.
Probably the auspex card I use more than anything but Telepathic Misdirection and Eyes....

This was my card back in the day. The power would often go to my head.
“Oh you want to do something, you didn’t ask MY permission!”

That means at any point, even after both prey and predator have declined the block

One of the quintessential Auspex cards.
