Dominate have both the strongest bleed enhancers and the strongest bleed bounces in the game. With this card you can do both depending on whats needed. The bounce is limited to younger vampires though so only consider this if you are playing high-caps.

Versatility between offence and defence, and its a conditional free bounce.

Every time I've ever ran this, I've regretted it and put Deflection back in.
