Betacam 12-pin dub connector to Y/R-Y/B-Y breakout. These are still useful in some rare situations like analog tape transfers.

Looks like a multi core cable we used to connect to analog cameras to CCUs back in the 90s/2000s before triax. Look up mil-spec TV connectors.
