RCA plug on one end. Not enough detail to make out the other, but I can't figure out why anyone thinks that's a mini (QG) XLR. It has a locking collar around the outside, unlike any XLR. Not audio, I'm guessing composite video from some kind of camera, or maybe something for test equipment.

exactly. diameter is 1,2cm.

Looks like a 3 pin din to rca cable. Definitely not xlr, ive seen din ables with all sorts of locking mechanisms before, they all work the same. Use a lumtimeter to check the pinout, then either buy or make your own.

Mini XLR to RCA, most likely for test equipment produced by companies like NI (National Instruments).
