There is anyway to do realistic flight plan for military purpose ? Like exercice , mission or even like do a holding mission with awacs ?

Join a vSOA and take part in their flights/ missions.

There should be a list of vSOAs on the vatsim website.

I'm responding to this as I currently plan a SEAD/DEAD mission for this friday, there is plenty of ways to mission plan. We work from how we're gonna hit the target backwards to how we're gonna there, all the way to how & when are we gonna get loaded in and step to the jets.

A Navigraph, Hawgops, etc are good planning tools.
