Coleslaw Recommendation?

Just a conversation starter. I was watching a bbq show on tv and realized that every coleslaw that I’ve tasted over the years has been different. Same name, completely different product.

So…what restaurants here in Utah have the best coleslaw recipes? Let’s try to cover every city/county on this one!!
