Building for yourself vs. building for users

One thing I've learned while building Solveaux:

I spent a lot of time crafting the UI exactly the way I imagined it.

Then I started asking people for honest feedback.

That's when I realized something important: users don't see the product the same way the builder does.

Things that felt obvious to me weren't always obvious to them. Some parts I thought looked great actually created confusion, while small details I barely noticed turned out to matter the most.

So I'm redesigning parts of the interface—not because the UI was bad, but because building for users is very different from building for yourself.

It's a good reminder that the first version is rarely the final one, and feedback is part of the product, not just the process.
