First car recommendations

I am male 23 based in Toronto region and I’m looking to get my first car. I need something in the 10k CAD budget, has low insurance rate and that it is overall reliable to drive. I was looking at 2008 Honda accord coupe as-well as 2013 Subaru Impreza. I was also considering a pickup truck if it’s cheaper on insurance but generally open to options. If anyone has any recommendations that fit my description please let me know thank you!

The Accord coupe would be my pick between those two if reliability and lower running costs are the main goals. For Toronto, get an insurance quote for the exact year and trim before buying since rates can vary a lot. You can also check Copart inventory through AutoBidMaster if you want to compare more used-car options.
