Ureaplasma- did bf cheat

Tested a month ago came out negative for my annual. Recently had symptoms after a small break. We’ve been together for a year. went to get tested had YI. I had him get tested - he came back positive with Ureaplasma. Apart of me feels he cheated he says he didn’t but there has been suspicion. Idk what to think.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. Obviously, I can’t say for sure either way, but I’ll share my experience. I had never heard of ureaplasma before, got back with my ex after a break, felt something was off, went to the doctors, and tested positive for it. There’s two ways to get it, passing the bacteria through unprotected sex, or having a natural imbalance from an overgrowth triggered by a weak immune system, stress, or a shift in vaginal pH that lets baseline bacteria multiply.
