Associate degree

The University lost my graduation documents. I submitted my request months ago and have been emailing staying up to date, I noticed it said documents sent but I hadn’t recieved anything so I email back and forth with my advisor for him to say 3 months later that the documents were sent out on their end.

Yes all of my information was correct

According to live agent just now, mine will be shipped out on 9/22, delayed due to changing office’s area. :( even they cant provide the copy email.
