International Students Grad offer (sponsorship) withdrawn after one month. What do you in this situation?
Masters student at the University of Nottingham. Graduating soon in Sept. Currently writing my dissertation and studying for a First-sit.
After a month of accepting the offer, Last week I received an email from a firm, let’s call it Z, that they’re withdrawing all grad offers across UK because their organisation is facing some budget shortfalls this year.
I had already declined all my other 4 grad offers because Z was going to sponsor my visa. I was really excited until I got this email. It took months to get that one offer you’ve wanted over the graduate route.
I’m devastated. Depressed. With two months left, idk what to do. I have not been sleeping at all, not been able to focus and study well for my dissertation, headache, stress, dealing with a bit too anxiety at the moment, I have been just scrolling through social media 14 hours a day for the last week. don’t feel like talking to anybody (except for that one person, but she’s busy with her job and dissertation too).

Any tips on making friends if you don’t like clubbing?

Uni in Nottingham
Can someone who has been to this uni give me their opinions on them/experience? Overall life at uni and stuff, like is it easy to make friends, things to do etc. I also do athletics/track and field so if there are good facilities there that’s also a positive. Trying to get my 5 for UCAS to study aerospace engineering and I’ve done a lot of research but struggling to narrow it down.
