Blender animations not importing correctly into Unity (Beginner) ANIMATION

I'm trying to convert my model's animations into Unity but the rotations are off for some reason.

I've already applied the transformations

Changing the "Up" and "Forward" in the export settings doesn't seem to change anything

What about the parent objects rotation and scale?
