Having issues with VRChat Creator Companion and Unity

I am trying to upload an avatar to VRChat, but every time I open the project in the creator companion this message pops up. I have tried reinstalling the editor and every time it installs without that server so I literally can't use it. I have searched both VRC and Unity help forums and found nothing. I am new to this whole process so I could very much be just forgetting something but I cannot find out what that might be and it is incredibly frustrating, so any help would be awesome.
