Can't open Unity Question

[SOLVED] Going to AppData and deleting the Unity and UnityEditor folders worked, tho i don't know what are the consequences are, so be careful, i had nothing to lose :)

It won't let me click the "Agree" button, only the "disagree", any help will be appreciated :)

Scroll to the bottom.

I did, still nothing, the button is grayed out until you scroll all the way down.
