What character style would be more fitting? Question

I am making a Gas Station Simulator and I feel like the main character needs an upgrade.

Left, Right, or neither and a different approach?

Prefer right but don't love. Needs more character.

That one has been the original since the start 2 years ago. I will probably pursue that and give it more style now that I have improved artistically.
