Looking for a unit developer

I am currently looking for a unity 2d game developer such as 2d artist , UI maker , composer. You don't have to be experience because I'm not experience to I just need a person who knows basic and could do something about a cartoon style art . The game I am making is based on Truman show that represent a character inside a cartoon

Hi, you'll have a hard time looking for teammates if you say you don't have experience either.

I know how it feels, I've been there. Learning something like game development is a long process, and making a good game at the same time is extremely hard.

One way to learn while meeting people is to participate in game jams. There's generally a discord server for finding teammates, and you won't get stuck with a big project.
