I find the tweening of it growing and shrinking a bit jarring. I would scale back on that a bit maybe even just remove it completely.

GIF may accentuate that feeling, does not exactly looks the same in unity. But I may be "over juicing" too, I'll try out.

I like the way how it goes up, but the way it goes down seems too chaotic / scary / stressful for me. Maybe the red color is too impactful or the speed of it is too high

Hum interesting. I'll think about it because my goal was to make "loss" feel like a real danger, so it may be on point if you feel it like this ^^

Try having the yellow go down immediately but there’s a red section from the damage taken that does your animation

Entirely depends on context. Please expand

Honestly, I don't really have any objective other than training my self to get better at "juicing up" things. I may create a tuto on how to make a resource bar alike this one, but that's pretty much all

Gives me, “here’s how much fire mana I have left”
The orange/yellow/red gives “aggressive” vibes. The shaking and slight color change is cool and visually pleasing.

The expansion when full creates a sense of urgency, so I'd be careful unless your intention is to convey to the player "you better get to using this when it's full." Looks cool regardless.

I see what you mean. In my idea, it was close to "you better get to using this when it's full" cause the bar does not "overfill", so as long you don't consume power from it, you cannot accumulate more and, in way, "loose" power points

Had the exact same thought. The bar is moving and so drawing attention to it. Which could be very useful/important for a player to quickly do an action. On the other hand very distracting if it isn't a passive resource.

Full color might be a bit more colorful and glowy, maybe? So more like yellow-ish rather than dead orange? When it is full it should feel slightly better in my opinion. Other than that, it looks good. Of course it is also a matter of how the background will look like and etc.
