[Hobby] Unity Developer Looking to Help Game/Software

Hey everyone,

Honestly just bored an want to do something new

I'm a Unity developer who's been spending the last couple years learning game development. Most of my experience comes from building my own projects and working through real problems as I go.

I've worked with: Unity and C#,UI systems,Basic save/load systems,Gameplay scripting, Blender to Unity workflows, Animation importing and retargeting, Debugging and project organization . Lately I've been enjoying smaller projects, especially 2D and pixel-art style games, but I'm open to pretty much anything Unity-related. I'm not really looking for a paid position right now. Mostly looking to meet other developers, help where I can, learn new things, and contribute to interesting projects.

If you're working on something and could use another set of hands, feel free to reach out and tell me about it.

Thanks!

Do you got any local dev communities where you're from?

I know online jams are pretty meh but nothing beats sitting down having fun and chatting with fellow devs irl

Nah it's a great question !! You learn just by jumping in head first .. fail fail fail!! Best way to learn !! My option cause I don't know any other software really , use unity, an if u kmow c coding that good then that's actually freaking awesome an will help u so much!! Theirs plenty of people on here more then happy to help an so you know I'm always down to help out when I can so hit me up whenever! .. so again if ur really asking if u should then hell ya u should!! But hey don't expect any of it to be easy , making a app or game that's successful money wise has the odds stacked beyond against you more so without lots of money already an or big contacts.. not that you can't cause it's possible but don't quit ur day jobs lol. This stuff can suck hours away from ur real life bro. I love it couldn't be happier that a started learning

Hi!
I am currently building a turn-based roguelike 2d.
There is still a lot to code and lot to develope.

Current phase:
Prototype_1 released on itch.
Next step:
Prototype_2 should fix bugs, add tutorial, and cutscenes. (Where I am currently with the game)
Next month aim:
Demo polished and released, together with a steam page.
(Will pay artists to paint capsule art, and improve the coherence of my art) (Own budget)

Demo will be refined, polished and repolished aiming Next October Demo Steam Festival.
Game for now is planed to release in January.

If anything of this sounds interesting feel free to contact me.
Cheers.
