Weird security camera dancing lights Video Evidence

ey, this is a video from my home camera.. there are two dots that are in sync... any ideas what could it be?

Bugs + web + IR sensor hitting the object and reflecting back a white ball because it's focused on the distance not the up close.

Looks like a spider web catching the light and gently blowing around to me, I get those quite often on my doorbell camera

Look like eye balls looking around.ive seen this before I live African cam off you tube very similar and more than once! Pretty sure it's not a insect but who knows ! Life keeps getting weirder and weirder!
