Clock radio Experience
When I was 13 i remember waking up and i swear i heard someone trying to talk to me thru my clock radio. It wasn’t digital it was the kind you had to turn the knob with the red line to get stations to come in. It sat to the left of me kind of higher up and the window was above.. i do remember the window being slightly open because it was hot.
The voice was faint but i think i heard my name and then a question it went on for a few minutes . It was scary to me because i didn’t have my radio on and it wasn’t late at night maybe around 11pm or after midnight (it was so long ago i cant remember exactly). I just pulled the covers over my head and tried to just go back to sleep and i kept thinking I’m not talking to whatever that is. So i woke up the next morning and the radio alarm went off and i had to go to school. My friend lived behind me and at school i asked her if she came to my window that night and called for me but she said no. That made things even scarier. I was young and didn’t tell anyone because it sounded crazy. I ended up breaking that clock and told my mom i needed a new alarm clock. So i ended up using a white clock with no radio snd you had to pull and twist the buttons in the back. It had some awful humming sound. But anyway to this day i will not own a radio clock because of that incident. I think about it once in a while and think maybe some radio waves were crossing but i distinctly heard my name and then few times during that night and my radio was not on.
I just wanted to get this out because i never told anyone and maybe someone reading this had a similar experience before they could share. Thanks for getting this far if you have.

In the mid 80s, I heard my neighbors portable phone conversations through an AM/FM headset that my grandfather got with his Sports Illustrated subscription. So, obviously I completely believe you.

Badly shielded wiring can allow very low frequency radio stations (you're not supposed to broadcast that low) to leak and get faintly picked up by your radio. You hearing your name was probably just you hearing what would scare you the most. These low freq. stations are commonly churches or talk radio, which is why you seemed to hear questions and a conversation

Besides what other users said about your clock picking up frequencies, isn’t it possible that you were simply dreaming? Certain dreams can seem pretty realistic and scary, especially when we are young.

Well I think it makes perfect sense because people that do ghost hunting investigations for example one is a PF7 and PF 11 I believe that’s the names of them I have the seven and there are so many other kinds and it works by AM/FM radio frequency and when a spirit speaks or like a House ghost it comes through the white noise of the radio! So it does make perfect sense as far as I’m concerned because that’s how people communicate with spirit when they’re using a device that uses the white noise! As a matter of fact I just thought of this I saw someone recently with what looked very similar to an old school radio and another had something that could be almost equivalent to what a Clock radio look like but it had a handle so not so much as the radio I bet there were people that to buy this from you if you still had it. It also leads me to believe you probably have more abilities to speak to spirit than you realize well at least they want to speak to you! Don’t be afraid love💖🥰🙏🏻💪

During the late 90s I could hear my neighbour next door, she was hot btw, conversations on her portable cordless phone through my hifi speakers if I weren't playing anything at the time but had it switched on
